"I am new here, first time at your site tonight. I don't know why anyone would be afraid to speak because they didn't get proper treatment. No one could point them or get them in trouble. If we do not speak out now, we will never be able to do that, it took me a lot of years and cost me a lot, as well as my family.

In my experience I could list you something it would take two days to read, but not tonight. I had been going to the Doctor off and on for years. Being ill, tired, headaches, sight problems, and dry skin. Went to a new Doctor from India! I walked in his office, and didn't even get a chance to say a word, He just looked at me, and said your thyroid isn't working very well, gave me pills--the difference was something in just a few days, no more instant tears.

Going back to my own Doctor, he through a fit but tested me as well. My thyroid wasn't doing anything it was dead. I was thankful for the Doctor from India.

I continued to have problems over and over one thing after another, I had kidney surgery, anything that was female was taken later.

Still ill a lot, immune system didn't seem to work very well, over and over I returned, only to live the office thinking I was a jerk and not very bright, more to California, now I got it whipped because this is a Major Player in the Doctoring business. How wrong I was, run around, evasive, non-committal, not really much help, having severe pain problem with my feet and hands, it was severe. Went to see them again and again, finally I was admitted since the Blood Clot made its way down to my toe and they had to cut it off, black as cold and nothing ever hurt like that, I've had 5 children bad deliveries they were easy in comparison.

Still they didn't want to agree that in fact I did have Lupus, and was in some serious trouble. Over and over they said I had pneumonia more times than I can remember and I did have but the they were looking at and calling pneumonia, or staff infection, never went away, again I was lucky new Doctor on staff, guess what she was from India, Concerned her enough not to let me go hospital I went.

They said it was just pneumonia sent home, didn't confer with her at all. Two weeks later back in for a couple of weeks but a different hospital they ruled out everything else and then did a needle biopsy. Lung Cancer not staff infection at all. My other doctors didn't like it, did all the test over just to prove them wrong, know what? The New doctors where right and I am alive because of them. I go to that hospital now. Can't trust anyone that isn't really concerned about me personally, I am not a number. I am real and my pain hurts same as anyone else, I do not have to be ashamed any longer for being tired or ill, since they now believe I have had Lupus since High School, for fortunate I am sort of all put together for the time being.
