Administrative Assistant
Worked directly for the area general manager and area operations manager. Used MS - Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus, and Ami Pro, as well as other miscellaneous software. Accounts Receivable / Sales Secretary

Daily responsibilities were to process payments and maintain the files for A/R, fill in as receptionist & repair-call processor (using a 16-line NEC phone system), type correspondence and proposals for the sales department, as well as other various office functions. Created a database system to expedite the dispatch of repairmen and cut the processing time to less than one minute per call. Also created a system that cut proposal preparation time from over 2 hours to approximately 30 minutes. Created an auto-numbering invoicing system for over 60 accounts for A/R.

Licensed Real Estate Secretary & Licensed Sales Associate. Responsible for the reorganization of the office. Implemented and modified polices and procedures to improve quality of listings and to retain leads. Redesigned company advertising to promote professionalism, increasing client/customer inquiries. Responsibilities: prepared purchase offers/listings, commission calculations, advertisements, property information sheets, correspondence, office EOM and weekly reports, billing, banking (checking and escrow accounts), client/customer service.

Increased Net Profit Dollars by 48.4% through increased sales, decreased expenses, and decreased inventory loss (Shrink - .038%). Reorganized and implemented new policies and procedures for inventory control, customer service, employee morale, receiving, and internal communication - employee management with fourteen full- and part-time employees.
